Wow! that's what i felt in last two days of TWI training by Mr. Donald A Dinero (Author of Shingo Award winning book on TWI) at Mabati Rolling Mills, Nairobi, Kenya. Though, i had read a book on TWI and the Wow effect was already there. But, i did not know how to use it! Now, when i am actually learning J Programs of TWI from the master, its making me feel that J Programs are simplest & very  fundamental techniques to unleash the world of experts, meaning using J Programs anyone could become an expert of anything and that too in very little time as short as 10 hours! How many of us wonder every day that, how one particular individual is able to do something so well and i could not do it. I have always struggled to play a Table tennis and i used to wonder, why couple of my friends are experts and i could not play it so well. My memory goes back to the first day i tried playing Ping pong. My friend, who was an expert, told me that "Its so simple" and showed me how to handle the Racket and play. I tried and i couldn't play so well. After going through JI Training, i have realized what was the missing link. Using simple JI technique, i can ask my expert friend to write a Job Break down sheet for me and teach me all the Key points.  Just telling & showing using knowledge is not enough!! - Rohit Bagga, Consultant, Kaizen Institute Africa
