Kaizen Institute Africa engages with Ethio Telecom

Ethio Telecom has embarked on the journey of Kaizen/Lean. The journey began with the training by Kaizen Institute Africa. The objective of the training was to get an insight of Kaizen in Service environment by learning the concepts of:

1. Principles of Kaizen

2. Concepts of Kaizen Management System

3. Need of Shift in Paradigms

4. Awareness on Non Value Adding Activities

5. Work Place Organization

6. Making productive use of resources through “standards” & standard work 

7. 8 Step Methodology of Kaizen

8. PDCA/ SDCA 

9. Kaizen support Organization & Employee involvement

This journey is going to be further supported by provide training & handholding support for Kaizen implementation through learning by doing.
