INDIZEN - 2012 – is the 3rd National Convention on Operational Excellence. It is being held on 14th & 15th Feb’ 2012, at the 'O' Hotel, Pune, India. It is organized by the Indian Business unit the Kaizen Institute (www.in.kaizen.com), the global leader in Operational Excellence.
This year’s theme is “Lean & Green”, exploring how sustainability/ “green” can co-exists and support Lean/ Operational Excellence? Does green make business sense? Does it help the organization become better internally and in the eyes of the customer?
