• Team board should be close to the people
• Frequent performance tracking
• Frequent feedback to the team and to superior
IMPLEMENT REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS & IDENTIFY MORE:
• Rapid use of practical problem solving tools
• Encourage team members KAIZEN™ ideas
• Solution is obvious: correct immediately
• Ensure containment
• If more than one cause is possible, ensure effective countermeasures are implemented
• Implement improvements assigned by superior
