The KAIZEN College teaches in a practice- related way how improvement processes in different areas can be triggered and sustained. We observe year for year an increase in the numbers of people participating in our seminars. This is a signal for us to constantly extend  the programme and to align to the growing needs of the market.

A unique feature of the training programs is “Learning By Doing” Knowing something is as good as not knowing unless something is done about it. The training doesn't end within the classrooms. The participants are immediately made to apply their learning. These courses equip them to lead Kaizen initiatives from the front within their companies. To provide a cost-effective training model for client companies, in-house training for managers, employees and newly recruited trainees is provided. Customized courses also are conducted as per client's requirement.
