Goals

KAIZEN is based on the science of work, but the professional guidance of the KAIZEN process plays a key role.

This is about more than just methods.

The participants learn to enable employees in the KAIZEN process and to lead and to successfully develop themselves and other employees and their processes.

With theory and practical exercises, the participants learn the procedure of continuously developing employees and successful sustainment of the KAIZEN process.

Start Day 1 at 10.00

Requirements:

Basic KAIZEN knowledge with practical experience in the KAIZEN process, experience in leadership is a plus.

KAIZEN coordinators, as well as improvement managers who are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the continuous improvement process.
